By using Ping, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally — we'll notify you of significant changes.
Ping is a personal tool for maintaining relationships. It helps you remember what matters, reach out naturally, and know when not to. Ping is designed for individual, non-commercial use.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and don't share your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ping.
You retain ownership of everything you add to Ping — contacts, memories, notes, and stories. By using Ping, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.
When using Ping, you agree not to:
When you share content through Ping (like Shared Stories), you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it. Don't share information about others that they wouldn't want shared. See our Content Guidelines for more detail.
Ping's subscription feature lets others follow your shared stories. Subscribers only see what you explicitly publish — they don't have access to your contacts, notes, or private data.
Ping uses AI to provide suggestions and insights. These features are designed to help, not to make decisions for you. AI suggestions may not always be accurate — use your judgment.
We strive to keep Ping available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll explain why and give you an opportunity to export your data when possible.
Ping is provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
